How to submit

Send an email to admin@cipmm-icagm.ca by the contest entry deadline. This email should include:

  • Your Name
  • Your Organization name
  • The Name and Email Address of your supervisor (where applicable – they will be cc’d in the event that you win a complimentary pass)
    The link to your video

Contest Entry Details:

To be eligible to enter you must work outside of the National Capital Region1. CIPMM intends to select one video submission from each region for receipt of a complimentary pass (approximate value of $400!). CIPMM reserves the right to issue more or less passes in each region (to a maximum of 5 passes total) in accordance with the quality of the submissions.

Note 1: National Capital Region is defined in the National Capital Act, Revised Statutes of Canada (R.S.C.) 1985, Chapter N-4, Segment 2. The National Capital Act is available on the Justice Laws Website

Regions

For the purposes of this contest, the regions are defined as follows:

  1. Atlantic Canada (Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick)
  2. Ontario (excluding the National Capital Region)
  3. Quebec (excluding the National Capital Region)
  4. Prairies (Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta)
  5. Pacific and Northern Canada (British Columbia, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Yukon Territories)

Conditions

Complimentary passes do not include airfare, lodging or any other travel and living expenses. Applicants are encouraged to discuss with their supervisor to ensure they will be able to have their Travel and Living expenses covered by their employer in the event that they are chosen to receive a complimentary entry pass.
