Join the CIPMM Board of Directors – Call for Nominations
Help shape the future of Canada’s Procurement, Materiel Management and Fleet Communities!

CIPMM’s activities are delivered by volunteers from our community. The Board of Directors, comprised of volunteer public servants from the procurement and materiel management community, is seeking engaged and committed professionals to join its Board of Directors.

We currently have vacancies on the CIPMM Board and are inviting members of our community who are interested in contributing their time, experience, perspectives and leadership to apply.

The CIPMM Board is committed to building a diverse and engaged Board that reflects the breadth of our professional community. We welcome applications from professionals at different stages of their careers and from across the fields of public procurement, materiel management and fleet management. CIPMM’s programming relies on individuals from our community with diverse professional backgrounds, experiences, perspectives, skills and networks, who work collaboratively to contribute to CIPMM’s governance, strategic direction and continued growth.

Serving on the CIPMM Board is an opportunity to:

• Contribute to the strategic direction and future of CIPMM;
• Bring your professional experience, ideas and perspectives to the Board;
• Help strengthen and grow Canada’s procurement, materiel management and fleet communities;
• Work collaboratively with professionals from across the country and across different areas of the profession; and
• Actively contribute your time, perspective and experience to deliver CIPMM’s programs, initiatives and continued development as a national professional association.

Application Process and Eligibility
The Board of Directors has approved new eligibility requirements for Directors. Consequently, CIPMM has reviewed and revamped its Board member recruitment process to align with our bylaws and better represent our community. The application includes your CV and questions designed to help us better understand your interest in serving on the Board and your vision for the future of our profession.

The application process will close on November 10, 2026. We encourage interested professionals to review the application requirements and submit their application and curriculum vitae before the deadline.
