The Public Procurement Learning Lab (PPLL), a department of OPBA, delivers the highly regarded Principles of Effective Public Procurement Certificate Program. Usually offered virtually, however, PPLL is offering a unique opportunity to participate in an in-person 4-day intensive course in Nisku, Alberta from April 8-11, 2025. This is an outstanding educational opportunity for those newer to the public procurement profession or who have procurement as part of their responsibilities. Offered in partnership with Canoe Procurement, the course covers key topics such as tendering, contract negotiation, and issuing RFPs, tenders, and quotations. This is a rare chance to learn alongside peers and colleagues and have in-person access to the instructor. The program equips participants with the skills and knowledge to excel in public procurement and advance their careers.
