The Canadian Institute for Procurement and Materiel Management (CIPMM) is once again recognizing excellence within the Procurement, Materiel Management, and Fleet Management communities across Canada. These awards celebrate individuals who demonstrate outstanding leadership, innovation, and dedication in our field. We are pleased to invite nominations for two prestigious awards: the Guiding Light Award and the Rising Star Award.
Award Categories
Guiding Light Award
Each of us has encountered that exceptional individual who provides guidance, support, and inspiration throughout our career. This may be a leader who has shaped an organization’s future, a visionary who drives innovation, or a devoted volunteer who gives generously of their time.
The Guiding Light Award honors individuals who:
- Go above and beyond in their efforts
- Inspire others through leadership, mentorship, or innovation
- Illuminate the path for colleagues and contribute meaningfully to their organization or community
If you know someone who has made a lasting impact and has been a guiding force for you or your team, we encourage you to submit a nomination.
Rising Star Award
The Rising Star Award celebrates new professionals or recent hires who, early in their careers, have demonstrated exceptional promise and performance. These individuals may have delivered an outstanding achievement, shown remarkable adaptability, or introduced innovative ideas that positively influence their team or organization.
The Rising Star Award recognizes those who:
- Have made a significant impact in a short period
- Exhibit talent, enthusiasm, and commitment
- Show strong potential to become influential leaders in our field
If someone on your team has stood out through their dedication and impressive early contributions, we invite you to nominate them.
